“The salt ‘cave’ is quite small – 2 adults and 2 children is definitely the maximum capacity. However, we still enjoyed our visit and the kids loved it. The reviews that we publish on our website and in our social media posts come exclusively from customers who have personally visited our studio to undergo salt therapy session or have purchased a gift voucher or pass.
Customers can give us a review in the following ways:
- By filling out a questionnaire that will be sent to them by e-mail after each visit to the studio for salt therapy;
- By filling out a form to write a new review on the studio’s website;
- By e-mail or phone after being contacted directly by us to obtain a review based on our legitimate interest;
- By sending us a spontaneous written response/review.
Customers can also submit their reviews on independent portals and social media platforms.
To maintain authenticity, we publish reviews after a brief verification process to confirm their source as genuine customers of our studio.
We publish both positive and negative reviews. However, we have the option to moderate and filter reviews before they are published, and therefore to remove any reviews that violate our terms and conditions, or are not relevant or related to our studio and the services we provide.
Each review undergoes a content review. If it adheres to legal guidelines and avoids offensive content, it will be published on our website without alteration.
For editorial purposes, we reserve the right to correct grammatical errors in the reviews, such as missing commas or diacritics, and to translate the review into English or Czech language.
We do not pay for fake reviews, we do not manipulate or change existing reviews, nor do we in any way motivate reviewers to give positive ratings.
We do not publish reviews that have been sponsored or in any way influenced by a contractual relationship with partners.
