We are changing the free reservation cancellation period to 6 hours 1200 800 INHALEUM

Have you ever been caught off guard by an unexpected event and wanted to cancel your reservation at our studio at the last minute? We have now introduced a more flexible cancellation policy. Starting June 19, 2024, you can cancel your reservation for free up to 6 hours before your appointment (compared to the previous 24 hours).

What does this mean for you?

Cancelling your reservation at INHALEUM is now easier and more flexible than ever! You now have 18 more hours to cancel your reservation on time. No more worrying about missing your cancellation deadline and losing money.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancelling reservation can be done by clicking the link in your reservation confirmation email, through your account in our reservation system, or by calling us at +420 608 420 371.

Will you refund me for my paid reservation?

I HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In case of timely cancellation of the reservation, you will automatically receive a credit in the amount of the canceled reservation to your refunds. You can then use this credit at any time to pay for your future reservation.

I DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In this case, we will contact you after timely cancellation of the reservation and together we will find the best solution for using your refund (e.g., issuing a discount code, creating a customer account with a refund, etc.).

We believe that this change will bring you even greater comfort and flexibility when planning your visit.
